New dedicated dashboard for counsellors

We’ve also introduced a dedicated counsellor dashboard.

From here you can:

  • Get a quick overview of your presence on Counselling.Network

  • Jump straight into managing your profile, testimonials, blogs and more

  • See what’s new without having to hunt through menus

This is designed to be your “home base” – somewhere simple, clear and focused on helping you grow your visibility.

Profile Engagement Score – see how strong your profile is

Alongside the dashboard, you’ll now see a Profile Engagement Score.

This gives you a simple indication of how complete and engaging your profile is.
The more you complete, the stronger your profile looks to potential clients.

Your score is influenced by things like:

  • How complete your core details are (about you, approaches, fees, location)

  • Whether you’ve added photos

  • Whether you’ve added testimonials

  • Whether you’ve written blog posts

  • How fully you’ve described the types of therapy and issues you work with

Over time we’ll keep refining this, but the idea is simple:

Give you a clear, encouraging nudge on what to improve next so clients can really see the best of you.

What’s next?

Log in to your counsellor area, take a look at the new dashboard, and:

  1. Create your first blog post

  2. Check your Profile Engagement Score and see what you could add next

  3. If you’re proud of your post, mark it as Featured so it can be surfaced on the homepage

We’re continuing to build features that showcase your work and make it easier for clients to find the right counsellor for them. Thanks for being part of Counselling.Network.
