Welcome. I offer a calm, compassionate space where adults and young people can feel heard, understood, and supported. As an integrative counsellor, I work collaboratively with you, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs and experiences. I believe in the importance of building a personal connection with my clients. My work focuses on working with young people to adults - 11 years onwards.  I have interest and experience is supporting neurodivergent individuals and the elderly, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment. In our sessions, we will typically:

Background

I have dedicated over 30 years to the youth support sector, gaining valuable experience in various roles. My professional journey includes working at Oakleaf in Guildford, Step by Step in Aldershot and Haslemere, and Youthline in Bracknell. Additionally, I have provided mental health support in schools.

For the past four years, I have been in private practice, offering counselling services tailored to individual needs. I also began working as a supervisor in September 2025, further enhancing my professional skills.
