Glen Moore Counselling provides a safe and nurturing environment for individuals seeking help for their mental health challenges. With a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictions, I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique journey.

Although I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist I draw on different psychotherapeutic approaches. I do not believe there are ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers, as each individual requires a specific, tailored approach that aligns with their own specific requirements.
With a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and addictions, I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique journey. My mission is to help you discover your inner strengths and work towards a fulfilling life.
