I am Judy Whitehead, a counsellor offering Hypnotherapy sound and guided meditation. I offer a safe, compassionate space for healing, self-undertanding, and meanigful change. My work supports people who often feel overwhwlmed, stuck, disonnected from themselves, or carrying the impact of past ecperiences in their mind and body. Through a gentle, trauma-informed approach, i intergrate counselling, hypnotherapy and body-based awareness to help clients reconect with their inner resources, restore balance to the nervous system, and move forward with greater clarity, resillience, and self-compassion. I believe that healing is not about "fixing" what is broken, but about creating the conditions where growth, insight, and transformation can naturally unfold-
