Background

I have been a counsellor since 2016 and in private practice since 2019. Prior to this I volunteered in 2 hospices as a bereavement support counsellor, the LGBT Foundation Manchester and Cedar House in Preston I also Co-facilitated a Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide support group helping individuals explore feelings and thoughts about the suicide of a loved one, helping them realise that they are 'not alone' and that they may have questions they never have answers to. Before I became a counsellor I spent over 20 years working with Autistic adults,  adults with learning disabilities, their families and carers therefore I can adapt my sessions to suit your needs.
