Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward? Perhaps you're carrying a weight that’s hard to put into words, or navigating a chapter of life that feels heavy or confusing. Whatever it is you're facing, you don’t have to do it alone.
I work with individuals aged 16 and up, and have supported people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. Some of the areas I work with include anxiety, grief and loss, domestic abuse, low self-esteem, relationship and family struggles, college and university transitions, childhood/attachment trauma, identity and abandonment wounds.
These experiences can be incredibly complex and difficult, but I’ve seen how transformative it can be to begin making sense of them in a supportive space. Our work together won’t be about quick fixes or pushing through pain. Instead, we’ll create room for curiosity, reflection, and healing, so you can feel more connected to yourself and more empowered in your life.
I am Humanistic and Integratively trained, and my approach is grounded in empathy, presence, and respect for your unique story. I have been working with clients since 2022 and have a Bsc in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
