Are you recovering from narcissistic abuse or working to repair your relationship? As a certified narcissistic abuse treatment clinician & Gottman couples therapist, I'll help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck & create lasting change.
I'm a Person-Centred Experiential Psychotherapist specialising in narcissistic abuse recovery and couples therapy. My work focuses on understanding the psychological patterns that keep you stuck, not just 'recognising what happened' & transforming how you relate to yourself and others.
I've been where you are. My own therapeutic journey showed me what's possible when you work with someone who truly understands the process. That experience shaped my decision to train as a therapist and informs how I work with clients today.
You might be clear about what you need, or you might still be figuring it out. Either way, therapy is about gaining deeper awareness of your thoughts, feelings, defences & finding more authentic ways of living that align with who you actually are.
I'm a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician & Gottman Method trained couple's therapist, alongside my Master's degree and Post Graduate Diploma. I'm an Accredited Registrant with the NCPS.
