Client Feedback

I’ve really enjoyed the sessions we have had with Lada and definitely think they have helped save our marriage. We went to see her during an awful time in our relationship and found her manner to be calm and non judgemental. She has helped see things from the other persons perspective and helped us to try and communicate in a different way. Some of the sessions have been so hard but I’ve always felt like good has come from them and she has helped and is helping us work through issues.

I had regular sessions with Lada for just over a year, weekly until very recently. She was very helpful - open-minded, non-judgemental, happy to listen as I rambled along with myself. It felt like she grew to know me over that time and to help me focus on myself and make life decisions according to what I wanted and valued. She was patient with my various self-diagnoses as well, and was willing to read through things that I sent her (notes, websites) in advance of our sessions.

We attended sessions with Lada and had a very positive experience. We were both apprehensive beforehand but Lada put us at ease, and explained how everything would work. Each session was helpful, including exercises to work through when we got stuck. Very quickly we made progress, and have been able to take away tools and techniques to keep us talking.
