Accredited Psychotherapist & Counsellor (MBACP, Accred)
Personal Touch
I’m Nad Ahmed, an Accredited Psychotherapist (MBACP), and I support people who are finding life difficult to manage, whether that’s through anxiety, stress, low confidence, or the impact of past experiences.
My focus is on creating a calm, respectful space where you can talk openly and start making sense of what you’re going through.
Together, we work at a steady pace to understand the patterns that are holding you back and to build practical, lasting changes that help you feel more in control of your life.
Client Focus
I’m an Accredited Psychotherapist (MBACP) with an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and additional training in Person-Centred Counselling, NLP and Hypnotherapy.
I’ve worked in mental health for several years, supporting people with anxiety, trauma, stress, low self-esteem and the effects of difficult life experiences.
My background includes working with a wide range of clients, from young adults to older individuals, each with their own story and challenges.
Over time, I’ve developed a calm, steady approach to therapy that focuses on understanding what’s really going on beneath the surface and helping clients make meaningful, manageable changes that last.
Background
My interest in therapy grew from a genuine curiosity about people, why we think, feel and react the way we do, and how small shifts can make such a difference.
That curiosity, combined with a desire to help people find some peace and direction, is what led me into this profession and keeps me committed to it.
Therapy Approach
I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress, low confidence, trauma, or feeling stuck at a difficult point in their lives. Many of the people I support are managing overwhelming thoughts, overthinking, or the impact of past experiences that they haven’t quite been able to move past.
I also work well with clients going through life transitions—whether that’s changes in work, relationships, or personal direction.
My focus is on helping individuals understand what’s behind their patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded and in control of their day-to-day life.
