Hi, I’m Sian, I’m a hypnotherapist and success mindset coach for women, and I help you quiet your overthinking mind, release self-doubt, and feel calm, confident, and back in control of your life, without years of talking things through.
I work with women who feel stuck in stress, overthinking, or over worrying, which often shows up as anxiety , even when life looks “fine” on the outside. Many of my clients notice that these struggles also affect their relationships, especially patterns formed early in life, making it hard to speak up, set boundaries, or feel truly seen.
Using award-winning Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) alongside coaching, we gently uncover the root of what’s holding you back , often beliefs picked up in childhood that were never truly yours, and replace them with calm, confidence, and self-trust. Most clients notice powerful shifts in just 1–3 sessions, supported by personalised audio recordings to reinforce new ways of thinking.

My role is to help you feel calm on the inside, confident in yourself, and free to live your life fully, in your relationships, at work, and in your everyday life.
I trained personally with Marisa Peer, the creator of RTT, and continue to attend her live events and advanced trainings. This keeps my work grounded in the highest standards and ensures I bring the most effective, practical, and supportive tools to every client.
Clients often tell me they feel lighter, freer, and more themselves, able to speak up, set healthy boundaries, and notice how all their relationships : with partners, children, parents, friends, and even colleagues, begin to thrive. Many also notice positive shifts in their work and finances, as confidence and self-worth grow.
I don’t believe in long, drawn-out processes. My work is practical, focused, and designed to give you tools you can use long after our sessions end.
I’ve been lucky enough to train and teach RTT internationally, including in London, LA, New York, and Dubai, and to support women through universities, schools, corporate settings, and private practice. I also work with children when confidence struggles start early.

Emotionally Focused Therapy is designed to address distress in the intimate relationships of adults.
