I believe in the importance of slowness and depth in our fast-moving world. Outside my counselling work, I engage in restorative practices that help me reconnect and reset. These activities nourish my spirit and enhance my ability to connect with others. I believe that healing happens in relationship, and one of the greatest medicines we have is human connection. In my personal time, I typically:

  • Spend time in nature to recharge and reflect.

  • Enjoy Swedish saunas for relaxation and rejuvenation.

  • Participate in sound-based experiences like gong baths to promote well-being.

Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizes a non-directive, empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process.
