I believe that personal experiences shape my approach as a therapist. As a parent, I understand the pressures and emotional demands of caring for others while also prioritising self-care. My passion for theatre deepens my appreciation for the stories that illuminate the human experience.

Alongside my private practice, I work part-time as a school counsellor, supporting young people through their challenges. These experiences contribute to my understanding and empathy in our sessions.
