Personal Touch
Outside of clinical and leadership work, I am someone who finds deep joy in the world and the people in it. I love to travel, explore different cultures, and connect through food, art, and music seeing these as powerful ways of understanding how others live, heal, and celebrate life. I am naturally curious and always learning, whether through books, conversations, or new experiences.
I have a strong appetite for challenge. Learning to sail, to climb, and twice climbing Snowdonia are reflections of how I approach life with courage, determination, and a belief that growth happens when we stretch beyond what feels comfortable.
I am Black British, neurodivergent woman and a mother, shaped by resilience, compassion, and lived experience. Above all, she values honesty, connection, and kindness, and meets both life and its challenges with warmth, strength, and an open heart.
Client Focus
I work with clients who have complex and overlapping needs, particularly those related to attachment injury, trauma, addiction and historical family disruptions. My focus is on individuals in recovery who are not actively using. I aim to support behaviour change, reduce isolation, and promote confidence.
