For the first time I felt able to acknowledge that I was not okay and could begin processing this

I work with adults who look fine on the outside but are running empty on the inside. People who've spent so long managing everyone else's feelings that they've lost track of their own. Who say yes when they mean no, avoid conflict, and wonder how they became someone they no longer recognise.
I offer online therapy to help you understand why you do this and work through change. Not through quick fixes, but by making sense of the patterns and building something different.
If you're ready, let's talk.
I came to therapy because I couldn't make sense of the gap between how I looked on the outside and what was happening inside. I was functioning fine - work, relationships, all of it but something felt fundamentally off, and I couldn't articulate why.
Studying psychology gave me frameworks, but counselling helped me actually understand that disconnect. More than that, it showed me how powerful it is when someone helps you make sense of what's been confusing or painful. That's what drew me to the work - not the theory but the actual experience of being understood and finding a way forward.
Low intensity CBT comes in when you're stuck in patterns that aren't serving you like constantly saying yes when you mean though, replying conversations for hours, or feeling responsible for other people's reactions. We look at the thoughts driving these patterns and work out practical ways to interrupt them. This isn't about “positive thinking” but rather about seeing your situation more accurately so you can make different choices.
Solution-focused therapy helps when you know something needs to change but feel overwhelmed about where to start. Instead of spending months unpacking the past, we identify what’s already working (even slightly) and build from there. This is especially helpful when you're ready to set boundaries or reclaim parts of yourself you've lost along the way.
The outcome? You learn to recognise when you're abandoning yourself to keep the peace, and you develop the skills to show up authentically without the constant guilt or anxiety. My job is to help you trust yourself again.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a treatment focusing on changing negative patterns of thought and behavior to address psychological issues. It is known for its effectiveness in treating a variety of mental health conditions.
Person-Centered Therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, they will discover their own solutions.
Solution Focused Brief Therapy concentrates on finding solutions in the present time and exploring one’s hope for the future to find quicker resolution of one’s problems.
Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizes a non-directive, empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process.
