Hello, I’m an experienced Direct Member of the UKCP and Registered Systemic Psychotherapist based in Widnes. With over 30 years in NHS Mental Health practice, I provide individual, couple, and family systemic psychotherapy for all age groups. My approach adapts to your unique experiences and circumstances.

  • Set achievable goals together

  • Work towards a healthier, more balanced life

  • Address issues related to trauma, anxiety, and personal conflicts
I aim to create a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express yourself and work through your concerns.

Personal Touch

Life can be challenging, and at times our problems and difficulties can feel overwhelming. It is common to struggle with making sense of the situations we find ourselves in and the emotions we are experiencing. There are moments when additional support is needed to help us cope with difficult or painful circumstances.

As a psychotherapist, my role is to offer a compassionate and safe therapeutic space where you can explore and work through these difficulties and challenges. This process happens at a pace and in a style that feels comfortable for you. I am committed to providing a non-judgmental, supportive environment, allowing us to collaborate in overcoming obstacles. I aim to empower you to develop new coping strategies, build resilience, and foster your personal growth.

I believe therapy should be flexible and tailored to each individual. Whether you prefer in-person sessions or online therapy via Microsoft Teams, we can choose the format that best suits your lifestyle and comfort level. Each session is designed to move at your preferred pace, ensuring we address your concerns in a safe and supportive manner.
