Hello, I'm Gill, and I am here to support you. I work with adults and young adults facing anxiety and depression, as well as couples navigating their relationships. Additionally, I assess and diagnose ADHD and provide coaching tailored to individual needs. My practice is inclusive and neuro-affirming, ensuring that I welcome all neurotypes.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a treatment focusing on changing negative patterns of thought and behavior to address psychological issues. It is known for its effectiveness in treating a variety of mental health conditions.
Humanistic Therapy focuses on individual potential and stresses the importance of growth and self-actualization.
Integrative or Holistic Therapy combines practices and theories from various therapeutic approaches to fit the needs of the individual client.
Psychoeducation refers to the process of providing education and information to those seeking or receiving mental health services, such as diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies for dealing with mental health.
Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizes a non-directive, empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process.
