I offer therapeutic support with Anxiety, Panic attacks, Depression, Trauma, Bereavement, Loss, Low self- esteem/Confidence, Family issues, Relationships, Relationship OCD, Stress, work related stress, Boundary settings, support with life changing situations. I will focus on helping you set and achieve your personal and professional goals. I work with age 18 and above. I offer safe space and healthy therapeutic relationship to support you on your healing journey. As an integrative therapist, Trauma Informed Therapist (TIT)and a CBT Life Coach meaning I draw from different modalities of therapy when working with clients. This allows me to provide support across a wide range of issues. 

I offer flexible therapy options to support your individual needs, whether you are looking for ongoing support or Single Session Therapy (SST) a focused one-off session.

 My aim is to provide a professional, safe and accessible space where you feel supported and understood.

I have experience in working with clients with complex mental health issues. I am an Integrative Therapist. I am also a qualified Level 5 Trauma Informed Therapist (TIT) and hold a degree in Psychology and Counselling studies, trainings include Mindfulness based stress reduction, Solution Focused Technique, L4 safeguarding adult, CBT Life Coach, Single Session Therapy (Cert).

Therapy Approach

As an integrative therapist and a trauma informed therapist I draw from a variety of modalities, including CBT, Person-centred approach, Psychodynamic approaches, Solution-Focused therapy, TA, Trauma Focused techniques, Polyvagal tech., and Mindfulness. This integrative approach allows us to connect deeply, fostering a safe and mindfulness, supportive environment for your healing and growth. I am also a life coach.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Humanistic Therapy

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation refers to the process of providing education and information to those seeking or receiving mental health services, such as diagnoses, treatment options, and coping strategies for dealing with mental health.

Person-Centered Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, emphasizes a non-directive, empathetic approach that empowers and motivates the client in the therapeutic process.

Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)

Solution Focused Brief Therapy is a goal-directed collaborative approach to psychotherapeutic change that is conducted through direct observation of clients’ responses to a series of precisely constructed questions.

Pricing: Individual Therapy (Ongoing Support) Remote (video) sessions (60 minutes): £45 per session, Face-to-face sessions (60 minutes): £50 per session Ideal for weekly or regular therapy, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Extended Monthly Sessions: Remote (video) (90 minutes): £65, Face-to-face (90 minutes): £70 Intended for clients who prefer less frequent sessions (e.g. once a month) while still having enough time to explore key issues in depth. Suitable for you if you prefer flexible support, you are maintaining progress or need space for reflection between sessions. Single Session Therapy (SST) (One-Off Session): Remote (video) SST: £85, Face-to-face SST: £95 per session (1 hour 50 minutes) This is a focused, one-off session designed to help you work through a specific issue or concern. This may be helpful if you: Need clarity around a situation, want immediate support without committing to ongoing therapy, you are facing a specific challenge (e.g. anxiety, stress, bereavement, decision-making). SST is a standalone session and there is no obligation to continue. Organisation & EAP Services: Per session (60 minutes). Please get in touch to discuss organisational requirements or tailored packages. Services include Trauma-informed therapeutic support, Employee wellbeing sessions and Short-term focused interventions Consultation: I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation via telephone. This gives you the opportunity to briefly discuss your needs, ask any questions and we can both decide if my service feels right for you. Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur 50% of the session fee
