I offer therapeutic support with Anxiety, Panic attacks, Depression, Trauma, Bereavement, Loss, Low self- esteem/Confidence, Family issues, Relationships, Relationship OCD, Stress, work related stress, Boundary settings, support with life changing situations. I will focus on helping you set and achieve your personal and professional goals.
I work with age 18 and above. I offer safe space and healthy therapeutic relationship to support you on your healing journey. As an integrative therapist, Trauma Informed Therapist (TIT)and a CBT Life Coach meaning I draw from different modalities of therapy when working with clients. This allows me to provide support across a wide range of issues. I offer remote (video), and face to face session.
