Hi, I’m Sian. I’m a Confidence & Mindset Coach and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapist, and I help women calm their overthinking, release self-doubt, and feel confident from the inside out.
Many of the women I work with look like they’re coping well on the outside, but inside, their mind won’t switch off. They overthink conversations, doubt themselves, struggle to set boundaries, and feel stuck in stress or “not enoughness.”
I help you understand why your mind does this, and more importantly, how to change it.
Using Rapid Transformational Therapy alongside practical coaching tools, we uncover the root beliefs that are driving your patterns, often formed early in life, and gently replace them with calm, confidence, and self-trust. Most clients experience powerful shifts within just 1–3 sessions, supported by a personalised audio recording to help your new thinking stick.

Personal Touch
Outside of my work with women, I also run Buttons Bunny, a program I originally created for my daughter to build her confidence and positive inner voice. Seeing the simple yet powerful results of how our minds work, and knowing how challenging growing up can be, I kept thinking, “Why don’t we learn this in school? It would be a game changer!”
Now, Buttons Bunny helps children aged 5–7 learn to trust themselves, speak up, and develop a healthy mindset from a young age, a project I’m deeply passionate about.
Client Focus
I work primarily with women aged 30–60 who feel stuck in stress, overthinking, low self-worth, or anxiety and want to feel calm, confident, and in control of their lives. I also support women looking to improve their relationships, whether with themselves, their partners, children, parents, or colleagues and help them set healthy boundaries, speak up, and thrive.
I have additional experience working with children aged 5–7, helping them develop a positive inner voice, confidence, and resilience through my Buttons Bunny program.

Therapy Approach
I use hypnotherapy for women alongside confidence and mindset coaching to uncover and transform limiting beliefs, quiet overthinking, release self-doubt, and build confidence and self-trust. My approach is practical, supportive, and results-focused, designed to create lasting change in just a few sessions.
For children, I use specialised mindset coaching techniques, teaching them in a simple, easy, and fun way how their brilliant minds work, helping them develop confidence, resilience, and a positive inner voice that will serve them well into adulthood.
