Finding the right counselling role should not mean searching through pages of unrelated vacancies. Counselling.Network is preparing a specialist Hiring Hub for counselling, psychotherapy and psychological-therapy jobs.
The aim is simple: give counsellors a clearer way to discover relevant opportunities, while giving verified practices, charities, healthcare organisations and recruitment agencies a focused place to advertise.
Built around counselling careers
Vacancies will be available on the public Counselling Jobs board. For counsellors who choose to take part, relevant roles can also appear in their Counselling.Network dashboard using information such as location and professional profile details.
Counsellors remain in control. Job opportunities can be turned off in marketing preferences. If they are turned off, jobs will not appear in the counsellor dashboard and future job emails will not be sent.
A practical service for organisations and recruitment agencies
The Hiring Hub gives verified recruitment partners the tools to:
- create and manage counselling vacancies in one agency dashboard;
- upload individual jobs or import multiple vacancies with a guided spreadsheet;
- send applicants directly to the organisation's chosen application page or email address; and
- review vacancy impressions, job-detail views, application clicks and social shares.
Recruiters can see how the Hiring Hub works and view current advertising prices. Organisations ready to take part can register for an agency account.

When will the first vacancies appear?
We will open the Hiring Hub with our first verified recruitment partner and announce the first vacancies as soon as they are ready. Until then, the Counselling Jobs page will make it clear when there are no current roles and gives counsellors a place to check back.
