You already have a website. Now you can connect it to your Counselling.Network profile in a way that looks professional, builds trust, and gives you real data on engagement.

We’ve launched two simple website integration options for counsellors:

1. Embed Widget (website badge)

2. QR Code (for print + digital marketing)

Both include analytics tracking in your dashboard.

1) Embed Widget (perfect for Wix websites)

What it is

A small, clean badge you can add to your website. When someone clicks it, they go straight to your Counselling.Network profile.

This is great for clients who find you via your website and want a quick way to see your full profile, specialisms, and contact options.

What you get

• One-click copy embed code (paste it into your site)

• Works on Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, and any HTML website

• Impression tracking (how many times the badge is shown)

• Click tracking (how many people click through to your profile)

• Referrer tracking (which page they clicked from)

• A consistent, professional badge design that builds credibility

How to add it to Wix

1. Open your Wix Editor

2. Click Add → Embed → HTML iframe

3. Paste your Counselling.Network embed code

4. Resize and position it where you want (footer, sidebar, contact page works well)

5. Publish your site

That’s it.

2) QR Code (for business cards, posters, leaflets, email signatures)

What it is

A personal QR code that links directly to your Counselling.Network profile. People scan it with their phone camera and land on your profile instantly.

• Downloadable PNG file for print

• Scan tracking in your dashboard

• A permanent code that doesn’t expire

Both tools include analytics so you can measure engagement:

• Badge views (impressions)

• Badge clicks

• QR scans

• Last activity date

• Referrer information (where available)

Privacy note: tracking is anonymised. We don’t store raw IP addresses.

Where to find it

Log in and go to your dashboard:

• Marketing Tools → Embed Widget (copy the code)

• QR Code (enable + download PNG)

If you want, add the badge to your website footer and the QR code to your email signature — that combination tends to perform well.
