Change is possible. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or a sense that life is not as full or satisfying as you would like it to be. Coming into therapy can feel daunting, but it can also be a positive and deeply valuable step. I offer a warm, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly, feel heard and understood, and begin to explore what is troubling you at your own pace. My approach is rooted in the belief that each person has the capacity to grow, heal and reach their potential. Together, we can look at your relationship with yourself and others, deepen your self-awareness, and support you in finding new ways to live with greater choice, confidence and authenticity.
