I spent close to 11 months working with Lisa, and from the beginning she made the sessions feel like a safe and welcoming space. I was able to share thoughts and feelings that I hadn't been able to before and at no point did she make me feel judged or criticised. Overall, the sessions with Lisa led to me making some big changes in my life, she supported me in a way that I didn't feel pressure to do or change anything I wasn't ready for, which has made me feel like the changes can be lasting.
