Starting something new can be daunting, even when you know it may lead to positive change. You're not alone in feeling this way.

Doing something different, even when you know it's the right thing and will help, can feel really difficult. I want to reassure you that I understand. Therapists also have to have therapy, and I can relate to how you might be feeling.

It's natural to wonder, "What's the worst that can happen?" This question can often lead us to explore our fears and concerns. But instead of focusing solely on the negatives, I invite you to imagine how life could change for the better. What do you truly want in order to move forward?

You’ve come this far, and that takes courage. Taking the first step can be the most challenging part of the journey. Remember, counselling can help you navigate through your feelings and support you in achieving your goals.

If you're ready to explore this path, I encourage you to get in touch. Together, we can work towards the changes you desire.
